Anthony Nudo, Owner
Anthony is a Wisconsin attorney whose services include real estate matters, business law, landlord/tenant matters, estate planning, probate, and civil litigation. Anthony earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Carthage College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. His law degree was earned from Marquette University Law School. Before practicing as an attorney, Anthony was a real estate broker, earning numerous distinctions, such as being named a “Top 30 Under 30” Realtor® and Realtor® of the Year three times. Anthony was also an elected alderman, serving on the City of Kenosha’s Common Council, Public Works Committee, Water Utility Commission, License & Permit Committee, Special Leadership Committee, and chairman of the Stormwater Utility Committee. When he’s not working, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife, Karyn, and daughter, Ava.
Todd Terry, Owner
Todd is a Wisconsin attorney whose services include real estate matters, largely related to litigation of real estate contracts, disclosure issues, and title coverage matters. His representation ranges from large real estate developers to residential clients and agents. Todd has consistently been named a Wisconsin Super Lawyer; a peer-nominated recognition obtained by only five percent of attorneys in Wisconsin. Todd earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and his law degree from Marquette University Law School. Before practicing as an attorney, Todd served as a sergeant with the City of Racine Police Department. In addition to law practice, Todd holds a Wisconsin Title Examiner License and is a Wisconsin licensed Real Estate Broker. When he’s not working, Todd and his wife Melissa enjoy spending time in Northern Wisconsin fishing, hunting, and golfing.
Jackie Vazquez, President of Operations
Jackie started in the title industry in 2002. Over the years, she has thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the homeownership process. During her career, she’s had the opportunity to work on numerous types of transactions, train and mentor various staff positions amongst the closing department while implementing procedures that help the department run as efficiently as possible. Known for her professionalism, integrity, and ability to navigate through the complexities of a transaction, she has earned an excellent reputation in the title and real estate community. Jackie is dedicated to promoting a culture of collaboration within the company while also focusing on continued growth and development. Outside of work she loves being a mom, spending time with family, traveling and in the summer attending various community events throughout the city of Kenosha.
McKayla Sturino, Escrow Officer
McKayla graduated from Michigan State University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science – Pre Law from the Honors College. As an experienced legal assistant who provided excellent support to attorneys and clients, she is excited to bring her attention to detail and organizational skills to the title industry. Since transitioning to the company, McKayla is eager to build long lasting relationships with her customers and is committed to providing excellent service to all parties involved to ensure smooth and successful closings. When she is not working with you, as a Kenosha native she loves spending time with her family and friends in the community. She is also a member of many organizations, such as Kappa Delta and the National Collegiate Honor Society.
Jane Nelson, Escrow Processor
Jane is a well-rounded title professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She is savvy in the real estate market as a former realtor and carries 14 years of experience in the finance industry. Strong in customer service, Jane has helped many clients through the closing process, addressing their concerns and providing peace of mind while building a mutual trust. She believes “life experiences” can be a powerful tool which has helped her grow as a person as well as a professional, allowing her to relate well with customers and becoming an exemplary colleague to anyone she is working with. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and creating book art, relishing the simple life with her pup Adeline.
